The location is indeed fantastic-just a stroll away from the buzzing city center, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants without the hassle of a long commute. The building was quiet, providing a nice escape from the city noise. Upon arrival, picking up the keys was seamless, just a five-minute walk from the main site. A nearby NCP parking garage adds to the convenience, especially if you're traveling by car. Inside, I was pleased with the comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom; everything we needed was clearly listed in a handy booklet. While housekeeping was functional, I found the absence of certain luxuries like a lift a minor inconvenience, especially on the upper floors. Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to catch up on work. This place strikes a decent balance between cost and comfort, making it a practical choice for anyone seeking a no-frills stay in the heart of Birmingham.
